Just bring in your item for a free examination and repair estimate, normally within the week.

we offer a service for insurance estimates / engineers reports for insurance claims etc but there is a charge for this service (contact us for a cost)

Alternatively post your item well packed with a covering letter, please include your name address and daytime phone number. Dont forget a fault description.

If your not sure what items to include with the repair please ask, its not always neccesary to include power supplies chargers or battery's.

Post office SPECIAL DELIVERY ensures next day service and is insured.

If you require a letter for an insurance claim please ask.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1All repairs (except if used parts are used and fitted) are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise  agreed      (items that have had water or impact damage are not covered)

2 Estimates prices will be held for 6 weeks.

3 Estimates prepared by ourselves for repair in our workshop are free of charge EXCEPT IF FOR A INSURANCE REPORT / ENGINEERS REPORT WERE THERE WILL BE A CHARGE . Estimates for repair by  manufacturers or third parties will be charged according to their rates .

4 Estimates prepared for insurance purposes will be charged for and may be credited against the final repair cost depending on what is need during the estimate process .

5 Repair completion will be dependent on spares availability . Also any other faults identified during the repair will be noted as further cost may be involved, as  the estimate is subject to revision if the initial condition of the equipment is not as anticipated.

6 We will not be held responsible for any memory cards  tape film left with repairs .

7 Any comment or advice passed on from engineers are to help with the reliability and correct operation of the product, not complying will effect your guarantee.

8 Any equipment not collected within 6 months will be disposed of. Any equipment that has had a insurance report will be disposed of after 8 weeks .
